Distilled in December 2005, this exceptional single malt spent 16 years maturing in a single White Moscatel barrel until it was finally bottled at cask strength in 2022.
Limited to only 273 bottles.
Nose:
Aromas of fine cut marmalade, Manuka honey, fruit syrup and melon cushioned with baking spice and burnt sugar.
Palate:
Rich layers of tarte-tatin, lemon curd, candied peels and dried tropical fruits mingled with syrup flapjacks and cocoa powder.
Finish:
Cosy layers of black coffee and toasted nuts highlighted with tinned apricots and vanilla custard sweetness.
