The Story
The H. Upmann Magnum Finite, originally intended to be released in 2024, is now available in the UK. The cigar measures 5 1/8” (130mm) x 53 ring gauge, a vitola called a Singulares. This is a unique size within the Habanos SA portfolio, but similar to the Cohiba Ambar, being just two millimetres shorter while sharing a 53 ring gauge.
Each cigar is dressed with a specially designed band bearing the name of the individual vitola and they are presented in luxury boîte nature boxes of 25.
The H. Upmann brand has been in Britain since the 1850s and, between 1925 and 1937, the factory in Havana was owned by Hunters & Frankau as well as the worldwide brand rights. Partly for this reason it has always been a brand with a particularly strong following in the UK.
H. Upmann is renowned for its subtle blend, with a honeyed sweetness, balanced out by woodland, hazelnut and walnut savouriness. Ideal for new and seasoned smokers
